Types of Support Available
If you have a health condition, disability, or learning difficulty, please tell your centre early. With supporting evidence (like a doctor’s note), we will make suitable adjustments while keeping assessments fair.
1. Academic Support
We guide learners on how to prepare assignments, improve writing and research skills, and understand assessor feedback.
2. Language & Accessibility Support
If you need extra help with English or require special arrangements (like extra time or large-print materials), we’ll work with your centre to support you.
3. Technical Support
If your course includes online learning, our centres will help you with logins, uploading assignments, and using the learner platform.
4. Personal & Wellbeing Support
If personal problems affect your studies, your centre can offer advice or refer you to wellbeing or counselling services.
Safeguarding & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Every approved centre has a Safeguarding Officer you can contact if you ever feel unsafe. Serious concerns will be reported to Param Qualifications’ Responsible Officer and handled quickly.
Privacy & Data Protection
We protect all learner data in line with UK GDPR rules. Your information will only be used to manage your qualification or meet legal needs. Learner information is handled in line with our Data Protection Policy
